This year's Assembly will be critical to our future. Not only will we be welcoming our new General Director, but it will be a more conversational Assembly, allowing us to reflect on God's calling on our family of churches. There will be some significant opportunities for us to discern the will of God in areas affecting our common life together. Please come and join us, and encourage others to do the same.

The Baptist Assembly in Scotland is jointly hosted by the Baptist Union of Scotland and BMS World Mission. This partnership means that the Assembly is an occasion when the Baptist community can focus not only on the challenges and opportunities facing us in Scotland but also in the wider world.

It's a time when Baptists from all over Scotland can come together to discuss issues related to their common life and witness, to be resourced and inspired through focused teaching, to listen for God's voice speaking into our situation, to have the opportunity to share and learn from one another in fellowship, and to participate in praise, worship and celebration.
